The Headquarters is the most important game object in the city. Its current level can reflect a player's progress in the "tech tree" the game itself has designed. It also affect the look of a City when viewed in Battle Map.
Building Specifications[]
The Headquarters takes up a square shape with sides of 8 land units each, making a total of 64 sq. land units occupied.
There are several differences that distinguished the Headquarters from other regular buildings:
- This building can only have a maximum of 16 Levels, not 50 Levels.
- This building is unique to each City, i.e., each City can have ONLY ONE Headquarter.
- This building CANNOT BE DEMOLISHED.
Usages and Functions[]
The Headquarters provide some "starter storage" for new players to store their material before they can have Storage Buildings ready.

The following table describes the "Tech tree" of a City. The buildings / units unlocked are DEPENDENT on the current City's Headquarters Level.
On the other hand, the number of Commanders a City can hold depends on the HQ Level too.
NOTE: Credit, Wood, Concrete, Steel, and the remaining Resource production buildings are not unlocked at specific HQ Level. They are unlocked depending on the player's progress in completing the Advisers' missions.
